I’m sure there are thousands of crazy ladies in Manhattan, so the title of this post is a little vague. Anyway, someone stepping out of an Olive Garden on the streets of NYC quickly started filming when a crazy blonde chick starting wreaking havoc on taxis and cars. Obviously out of her f*cking mind (drugs or just mental health issues), the young lady yells obscenities, flips the bird, throws a wheelchair and says “I’m sorry, I forgot” too many times to count. She shouldn’t be sorry, because this is highly entertaining!
