Mobile Food : Starting The Food Cart

Intel’s iQ website created a new three part series called Mobile Food, in which they follow several food trucks in New York and Portland to see how they got running and how they promote their brand.
The first video is “Starting The Food Cart,” which explains that starting a food truck in the US can cost you roughly $55,000, compared to roughly $312,500 for a traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant.
