The Once Building is a structure that is found in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The building is comprised of six spaces that allow for the building open up with tons of room. The building is narrow, but expands up, which has helped allow for the building to feel more conformable through new space created.
The roof is covered in grass that helps cool the home from the sun and gives it a nice rooftop retreat during nice weather. There is a small concrete catch pool on top and plenty of room to set up chairs and tables.
