This Coburn Residence is a lakefront home that is located on Jacks Point Golf Course in Queenstown, New Zealand.  The 712 sqm home sits on Lake Wakatipu with surrounding peaks.  The concept for the home was based on crisp and clean lines that would allow the home to have a very open and modern feel.

With this concept, Harris Butt Architects were able to come up with a beautiful, three section home.  The three sections are split between the living room, the bedroom area, and the garage located underneath.  The patio area includes a pool, sauna, and a lap pool.
