When I do the “For Those Who Don’t Know” posts, I sometimes feel like they are just for myself. It helps me get familiar with a band or artist and their sound. This post is no exception, except for that Painted Palms sound is much like that of the band Yeasayer, And Animal Collective. Very layered, electronic, and overall awesome music that is different to the likes of pop music.
